he ideal Customer Success Manager position at Turn is a passionate, self-motivated, and collaborative individual that will develop a deep understanding of our partners' businesses and objectives, generate innovative ideas, solutions, and opportunities for them.
This person is a great communicator and adept at building and maintaining healthy relationships with customers/partners that are based on transparency and trust.
Finally, he or she also has experience in customer service and account management.
he Customer Success Manager will be reporting directly to our Head of Customer Success.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with US-based companies.

ssist with all Account Management duties.
