Activities
Full tracking of requirements from receiptreviewacceptance of purchase order, release to delivery of product with customer.
Ensure continuous communication with customers including special attention and negotiations.
Plan production efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products.
Work closely with the production team to ensure quality and customer satisfaction at all times.
Ensure compliance with the specific requirements of each of the companys customers in quantity, quality, time and manner.
Review and validate that customer requirements raleases are received on time.
Ensure that the information received from the customer is received and captured correctly in the established systems EDI NON EDI.
Obtain, monitor, control and analyze present and future customer demand Forecast.
Notifying the departments involved of variations in customer requirements for analysis and generation of customer response.
Administration, reconciliation and control of the logistic chain of empty equipment, identifying supply failures.
Issue weekly return balance of empty equipment to Customers handling returnable containers.
Ensure compliance with the procedure for the collection of alternate packaging sent to the customer.
Receive, analyze, manage, communicate and disseminate shipping instructions issued by customer to appropriate areas.
Ensure compliance with shipping instructions issued by customer by notifying internally of any noncompliance.
Manage, control and maintain inventories in system and location, adhering to procedure.
Receive, analyze, understand, communicate and disseminate specific customer requirements.
Generate in a timely manner the documentation required by each assigned customer. Provide attention to client portals according to the specific requirements of each client.
Notifying the work programs of the Clients.
Generate, manage, control and update Standard Work.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, LAE, andor any other field.
3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, material planning or production in the automotive industry.
Advanced English.
