Summary of the Role   Accountable to ensure effective Planning and Delivery to customers & intercompany on time and safely by complying trade and legal regulations.
Responsible for customer service which includes order management, dispatch, customer complaints & related activities of finished goods which include stock replenishments and inventory management.
Responsible for logistics’ arrangement & handling.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities.
Process customer orders for the region & export, be focal point for order management.
Interface & facilitate between SCM, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Sales & Customers.
Monitor the Open Order report and communicate with Warehouse and Production on delivery schedules.
Ensure commercial documents are issued in timely manner.
Ensure the logistics chain [booking transportation, finished goods dispatch, raising invoice etc.

Monitor orders against forecast and report variances to the relevant teams.
Perform Month end tasks to ensure timely submission to finance.
Coordinate with Clearing agent, Warehouse and Production on the receipt of import shipment.
Respond to customer queries & serve as point of contact for handling Customer grievances.
Work with Finance and process Credit and Debit Notes when required as per Global Policy.
Customer FOC Sample management.
Work on and implement new processes to improve efficiency & effectiveness of Customer Service function.
Create avenues for cost control with a focus on process re-engineering.
Master Data management/ Handling.
REQUIREMENTS (education, experience and competencies).
Education / Certification / Experience.
Bachelors or higher degree in supply chain, logistics or business admin.
3-5 Year in Customer service/ Sales coordination/ Logistics / supply chain roles Knowledge of Contracts, demurrage, delivery charges, Incoterms, Letter of Credit, and other trading methods Previous working exposure to SAP systems & MS Office.
