Customer Quality Manager Accountabilities | Authority scope of authority Quality Leadership in all Aptiv plants related to important clientand along the value stream from suppliers-wiring manufacturing-Aptiv warehouse and customer E-OEM site.
Must Haves (Basic Qualifications) High comunication skills & negotiation (bilingual) Results oriented & Desition Making Problem solving skills Capable to lead complex activities and can teach a complete training without support.
Quality managament position (>5 years) Summary / Responsibilities.
Manage all customer quality related activities for APTIV EDS products and services Liaise with manufacturing plants, and provide feedback on customer performance to ensure quality is maintained at world class levels.
Define, in accordance with Plant Quality, the containment / rework process in Customer location, SILS centers, warehouse and Aptiv plant, and monitor related costs.
Control of Customer Specific Requirements Low Voltage & High Voltage.
Active participation in problem solving techniques and process Prepare customer audits / visits to ensure audit / visit success Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications) Customer Specific Requeriments.(USCAR and others) Problem solving technics (Proficiency and couch) IATF Core Tools (SPC-MSA-CP-FMEA-PPAP) Six Sigma Black Belt.
