The Senior Customer Project Manager (CPM) effectively and efficiently runs their Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) scope with a data-driven approach to create insights and trends to handle performance.
This includes the delivery of products and services, exceeding customer satisfaction and the fulfillment of the Ericsson business case.
Following responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group directives, legal and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.
The Senior CPM delivers value to the customer by using a customer centric mentality to; predict and prevent, analyze and change, isolate and correct by proposing improvements to support short and long-term profitable business that enables the customer digital journey, brings speed and success and reduces the overall cost of sales.
What you will do Establish project plan baseline Drive project execution Handle customer & stakeholder engagement Manage project finance Drive delivery excellence Manage OHS, EMS, Security and Anti Corruption Global Chronos Data Administration You will bring Seniority on Project Manager by proficient use of all Project Management Knowledge areas, PgMP/PMP Certification (or equivalent) highly desired.
Strong Financial (Revenue & Cost) Competence & Skills.
Ability to leverage organizational politics.
Ability to effectively influence and negotiate all levels of customer and internal organization including project team.
OHS Knowledge & Skills.
Use of Data Analytics and Automation to impact Project Management decision making.
