The Customer Experience Night Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers during nighttime hours. This role requires strong communication, problemsolving skills, and the ability to manage various customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. The Customer Experience Night Associate will ensure that all interactions align with company standards and foster positive relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support Communication
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, policies, or troubleshooting steps.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, or technical problems in a friendly and professional manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
Order Processing Issue Resolution
Assist with order processing, tracking, and ensuring rides on time.
Help resolve any issues related to billing, returns, exchanges, or product defects.
Manage customer feedback and work to improve service delivery.
Documenting and Tracking Customer Interactions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, or inquiries in the companys CRM system.
Update customer profiles with relevant notes, preferences, or ongoing issues.
Ensure all customer service cases are closed with full resolution or escalated properly.
Quality Assurance Continuous Improvement
Ensure that all customer service interactions meet the companys quality and service standards.
Proactively suggest process improvements and best practices for customer service.
Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and customer service techniques.
Collaboration
Work closely with other departments, such as Operations, and Logistics, to provide accurate and timely solutions.
Communicate shift updates, challenges, or important developments to the team and leadership.
