QualificationsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience.
S/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
xcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
xperience with service and application support.
amiliarity with ITSM applications and support processes (ITIL).
roficiency in Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket).
nowledge of Networking, Cloud platforms (Azure), and cybersecurity experience is a plus.
amiliarity with Linux and Windows server environments.
nowledge of SQL and scripting.
amiliarity with Kubernetes clusters.
xperience in deploying microservices using Helm charts is a plus.
