CSR CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE IT SALES
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
CSR will be responsible in supporting our sales team with the following duties
Assisting with requesting quotes from vendors, maintaining vendor follow up escalations
Submitting managing deal registrations with OEMs like HPE, Cisco, APC, etc.
Order Processing Creating SO, updating Salesforce
Managing order updates with Procurement team ESD, shipping information, expedite requests
Helping manage Salesforce, creation and updates of opportunities, customer reporting or any internal reporting needed
Manage customer follow ups as applicable
You will receive the necessary training to appropriately represent EPODIUM.
High proficiency in spoken and written English is essential
