The credit Analyst will be responsible for executing collections to achieve targers, deliver service to our Internal and External Customers.
Also must be in constant communication with the customer to clarify disputes.
Maintain constant communication with other areas (Sales Controlling, Customer Service, Taxes, Accounting, etc).
Analyst must have communication skills, mainly to interact with external customers directly.
Resolution of problems related with collection.
