The Offer 100% Remote work Diverse creative community Amazing Culture guided by our Core Values Adobe CC subscription Ideal Candidate Overview The Creative Content Curator will be responsible for scaling and maintaining team’s repository of work samples.
Your primary focus will be sourcing, reviewing, and organizing various assets and formats produced by the Creative team to support customer acquisition and internal projects.
This role is crucial in ensuring that our digital assets are easily accessible, well-organized, and of the highest quality.
Work Hours.
9 AM to 6 PM - US Working Hours [PST/EST]  Scope of Work.
The Digital Asset Specialists rigorously organize and manage assets created by our team, focusing on Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Efficiently curate, organize, and scale a repository of digital assets representing the brand and quality of the Creative team’s work using internal and external tools.
Ensure digital assets are easily accessible and well-organized for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to understand asset needs and timelines.
Facilitate seamless communication between teams to ensure timely delivery and usage of assets.
Lead asset-related projects, setting clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
Continuously seek ways to enhance asset management processes.
Implement best practices for asset organization, retrieval, and distribution.
Utilize a strong eye for design principles to ensure the high quality of selected assets.
Create graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite and other design software applications to showcase assets as needed.
Such other services as the Client may require.
The Profile Requirements.
Experience in asset management, preferably in a global setting.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in the review of creative output, and the ability to identify, curate, and select quality work regarding aesthetic and technical considerations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience in crafting visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills for efficient project execution.
Experience using Google Workspace.
Bonus Pickle Points.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, and Premiere Pro, as well as other tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, and Figma Experience with digital asset management systems.
Experience handling databases Prior experience in a creative or marketing role.
Familiarity with industry-standard asset management tools and platforms.
Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements in asset management.
