Want to join us?   This position is to take on the role of Employee Communication aiming to keep and improve employees informed, updated, engaged with timely, relevant and diversified communications.
This position will play as Communication BP as well, responsible for the communication strategy development, content development, activation execution for relevant corporate functions and business area.
What you’ll do? •    Establish and evolve strategic employee communications plan in partnership with internal stakeholders •    Develop and implement content strategy with timely news articles and engaging stories  •    Develop leadership communications to connect senior leadership team to the employee and business priorities with their own tone of voice •    Plan, develop and implement employee communication program in partnership with internal stakeholders •    Measure the effectiveness of employee communications on an ongoing basis and take actions to improve •    Communication support for employee activation, such as town hall, people day and talent engagement event •    Lead the yearly communication strategy and plan development for relevant corporate functions and business area •    Lead the communication plan development for specific communication programmes of relevant corporate functions and business area.
And facilitate the implementation of external part and implement the internal part.
•    Support leadership communication as well as other communication requests from relevant corporate functions and business area   What you’ll bring? •    More than 8 years communications experience, including time spent in a multinational business environment, working with multi-cultural teams.
•    The position requires an in-depth understanding of corporate/employee communication, rich knowledge of how to set up employer branding will be a plus •    Excellent Chinese copywriting skills •    Experience working with and managing agencies and consultants, and managing budget •    The job requires a routine need for conceptual and creative thinking in anticipating, identifying and solving positioning and communications problems.
