We are seeking a talented individual to join our Controls/User Provisioning Support team at Marsh McLennan.
This role will be based in Mexico City.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Controls/User Provisioning Support Analyst, you will manage user identities and control access to critical systems, ensuring compliance with security policies while collaborating with IT and security teams.
We will count on you to.
Manage user identities and control access to critical systems and applications.
Monitor, review, and audit access logs to ensure compliance with security policies.
Identify and resolve access-related issues, troubleshooting identity and access management systems.
Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure appropriate levels of access control.
Provide end-user training on IAM policies and best practices for secure access management.
What you need to have.
Proven experience in Identity and Access Management or a similar security role.
Strong understanding & experience of IAM protocols, tools, and technologies (e.
.
SSO, Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, RBAC, SailPoint, Service Now).
5 - 7 years’ experience with identity access management in IDAM tools.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
