ONTRACT ADMINISTRATORSITIO_ MERIDAPurpose of the Position.
ollow-up and ensure the timely and correct execution of Contracts for Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC), Construction Management, Owners Engineer, Maintenance (O\uM) of gas transportation assets services, among others, aligning the contractual framework and contract(s) specifications to project's objectives and Contractual Strategy with a specific focus on risk and changes mitigation.
esponsibilities and Job Functions.
nsure that all contract and risk management activities are timely and accurately monitored and carried out, while protecting Engie's and/or any of its affiliates' interests throughout the full project construction lifecycle.
upport Claim Management, in full coordination with the Project Team, to.
dentify and maintain an updated facts and events traceability matrix.
repare claims/change orders as they arise, requesting additional LDs, cost, or time compensation to contractors.
eview and challenge any claims from contractors.
evelop the negotiation strategy and support negotiations of change orders/amendments.
repare, update, and finalize any required event claims (e.
., Force Majeure) / change orders / amendments to the offtaker(s), fully document any material events which may result in formal dispute, as required by the legal team, to ensure Engie's position.
erify contractors fully comply with Engie's standards on ethics and anti-corruption.
