Job Overview TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies.
They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.
Long Description El Centro de Excelencia (CoE) de Empaque es responsable de impulsar el desarrollo e implementación de proyectos de mejora continua relacionados con el empaque en las plantas de las Américas.
La posición se enfoca en optimizar los procesos de empaque, reducir los costos de materiales y producción, mejorar la calidad e incrementar la eficiencia.
El rol trabajará estrechamente con equipos multifuncionales, incluidos producción, manufactura, calidad, logística y materiales, para implementar las mejores prácticas, nuevas tecnologías y soluciones sostenibles para el empaque.
Una parte muy importante del rol también es la gestión de proyectos.
Una vez detectada una oportunidad, es importante realizar un análisis para determinar los posibles ahorros y construir un caso de negocio bien documentado para cada proyecto.
Después de construir el caso de negocio, si la oportunidad traerá ahorros o beneficios para la planta, el CoE de Empaque coordinará el equipo multidisciplinario y actuará como un solucionador de problemas para ayudar a resolver los desafíos que enfrente el equipo en la implementación del proyecto.
