COMPENSATION SPECIALIST JOB DETAILS | KELLANOVA

Are you ready to shape compensation strategies and drive impactful decisions across Latin America? join the Human Resources team as a   Compensation Specialist, Global Total Rewards.
In this position you will support Compensation processes and implementation of new/updates programs, while supporting in the Latin-American compensation administration, including job pricing, job assessments and surveys, salary recommendations, and salary equalization, as well as manage Compensation Survey activities in support of Compensation strategy.
You’ll be at the heart of key initiatives, from benchmarking pay and benefits to analyzing market data and evaluating job roles.
Your insights will guide compensation planning, enhance gender pay equity, and support the development of new compensation programs.
This position is based in Querétaro, México.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing   Pay & Benefit Benchmarking.
Collate and complete benchmarking across Latin America for the annual salary review cycle and other projects.
Market Data and Trend Analysis.
Analyze market data, external trends, insights, and best practices to support compensation planning and decision-making.
Compensation Process Support.
Assist in the implementation and analysis of new or updated compensation programs, including the annual MRP review process.
Job Evaluation and Pricing.
Perform job leveling, pricing, and evaluations for new or revised roles, and conduct Total Compensation analysis.
Consultation and Recommendations.
Act as a consultant to HR and People Managers on compensation matters, salary recommendations, Lump Sums, off cycle increases and collaborate on gender pay equity analysis.
We’re Looking for Someone With   Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
3-4 years of work experience in compensation administration for multiple countries.
Strong customer focus and excellent analytical skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (mainly excel).
Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Spanish.
Portuguese language desirable.
Work experience in other Total Rewards specialties (benefits, Recognition, mobility) Desirable.
