COMMUNICATION MANAGER F/H

Por qué te necesitamos? We are seeking a dynamic Communications Manager to join our team of 3 people (1 Head of Communication; 1 Digital Communication Manager; 1 International Event & Communication Manager).
The candidate will be responsible for managing communications projects from A to Z, supporting both external and internal communications initiatives.
Missions and responsibilities Contribution to communication strategy.
bring strategic insights to developing the communication plan.
Challenge the status quo and seek ongoing enhancements in processes, practices, and outcomes.
Project Management.
build and implement communication plans on dedicated topics.
define scope and target, work out the key messages and content, find the appropriate support (events, videos, webinars...), respect budget and timing constraints.
Provide strategic and operational support to Sekurit teams in their internal and external communication needs (marketing, sales, HR, sustainability...).
Sekurit brand.
increase Sekurit brand awareness, develop and maintain a brand name policy for Saint-Gobain Sekurit.
Work on the deployment of the new brand platform, implement communication tools to ensure the success of the roll out externally and the appropriation of the new assets by the teams worldwide.
Enhance Sekurit visibility in external events with customers.
Co-communication with customers.
identify and manage co-communications with Sekurit customers and partners.
Develop high-quality contents for various communications channels, externally and internally.
Benchmark of new trends.
explore new media of communication, identify opportunities to work with AI, gather best practices.
Test and implement new communications methods / tools.
¿Es este trabajo para ti? Bachelor's degree in communication, Digital Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication, ideally in the industrial sector or a B2B environment, with project management responsibilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and in English.
Good knowledge of digital communications tools & social media best practices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively, good team spirit and interpersonal skills.
