Key Activities, Accountabilities and Results.
Contracting Enters in Ariba, pro-actively follows up on approvals/signature and status updates to commercial Coordinates contractual terms implementation cross functionally Rebates & Commission Coordinates & executes accruals incl.
monthly/quarterly SOX controls, settlement in alignment with commercial Sets-up and maintains commissions incl.
quarterly reports (agents), data validation in collaboration with Finance & Commercial Third-Party Intermediary (TPI) Management Manages TPI onboarding, due diligence, annual certification and 3 year refresher Pricing Coordinates Surcharge maintenance Supports commercial with Q2P Coordinates trouble shooting price issues Performs SOX Controls (Quarterly) & Idoc validation (weekly, monthly, quarterly) Conducts Q2P Training & Testing Massloads Price Changes Coordinates Formula Pricing incl.
index reports Key Stakeholders/Key deliverable.
Commercial Team, P&L, Finance/Credit/FP&A, CX, S&OP, Legal, Contract Review Meeting Executive, Quality, Tax.
Ensure optimal alignment on functional processes and practices Exchange functional knowledge and experience Share trends and customer knowlegde Qualifications Critical Experiences.
