ow will you do it?Coordinate collections calls and emails for accounts that are past due.
nalyze risk comparing credit limit to open balance.
inimize exposure for high-risk customers.
dentify disputes on accounts and turn over to resolver.
inish daily Collections tasks on Collections ERP.
end out welcome information for new accounts.
ill out credit inquiries for customers.
nactivate dormant accounts.
repare accounts for litigation team.
repare aging's, send and reprint invoices.
ontact customers for remittance information for cash application purposes.
repare weekly reports of AR accounts and internal escalation with your team.
ther duties as assigned.
hat do we need?Advanced Portuguese (Mandatory).
ntermediate English level (Plus).
eveloped data analytic skills.
rior collections and risk assessment experience.
emonstrated ability to carry out assignments to their completion.
rovide excellent customer service.
bility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and managers.
roactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
roficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.#J--Ljbffr
