We are currently searching for a Collections Analyst.
Responsibilities.
Follow defined processes and suggest improvements.
Analyze performance and report findings clearly.
Work collaboratively with team members while also managing independent projects.
Requirements.
University Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or Math.
3+ years of experience in the Invoice to Cash space (Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Receivable).
Experience with Oracle R12 and High Radius (preferred).
Strong analytical and time management skills.
Good problem-solving skills and logical decision-making ability under pressure.
Confident communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Desired.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to balance internal and external client needs with collection policies.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
