ake professional outbound calls to collect payments while maintaining good customer relations.
esolve customer billing issues and reduce account delinquency by ensuring proper application of payments.
ollect payments according to due dates.
dentify reasons for account delinquency and discuss them with account managers.
onitor assigned accounts and collection reports.
ollow up on payment arrangements.
end emails to encourage payment on delinquent accounts.
ssist with month-end closings and annual financial audits.
omplete all tasks accuray and on time.
erform other assigned duties.
ualificationsBilingual English/Spanish required.
