CLOUD R ANALYST, ASSOCIATE

Focused on managing production infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support for application deployments while ensuring adherence to outlined service level agreements (SLAs).
What you will be doing.
Triage issues between different areas of the organization and manage ServiceNow tasks.
Assist in the automation of web application deployments and provide technical support.
Manage production infrastructure, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Adhere to escalation paths to resolve issues in line with SLAs.
Provide subject matter expertise (SME) support to teams outside the IT organization.
Troubleshoot and maintain various software applications and systems.
Collaborate with the team to accomplish departmental goals and ensure seamless operations.
What you will likely bring.
Strong technical expertise with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software and infrastructure issues.
Advanced knowledge of SQL for database management and analysis.
Decision-making skills with the ability to work on problems of moderate scope.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
What could set you apart.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar cloud technologies.
Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and its applications.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Effective communication skills to liaise across different organizational teams.
