CLOUD OPERATIONS ANALYST

We’re seeking a Cloud Operations Analyst responsible for deploying product updates, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering background, familiarity with Linux and Windows Server, and works closely with developers to ensure seamless software development.
The role includes deploying applications for our tech stacks.
What you will be doing.
Deploy updates, fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support.
Build tools to reduce errors and enhance customer experience.
Develop software integrations with internal systems.
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve technical issues.
Automate processes with scripting.
Design troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
What you will likely bring.
Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in Git and CI/CD workflows.
Strong command of Windows Server and Linux.
Knowledge of databases and SQL.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in developing applications for large enterprises.
