Efficiently onboard new users and agents, guiding them through our processes.
Communicate clearly and effectively with agents from various countries.
Build strong relationships with clients, fostering a collaborative environment.
Address and resolve client queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Gather and report client feedback to enhance our services.
Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshoot issues related to our platform.
Stay updated on our products to deliver accurate information to clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive support.
Work Hours.
7 PM to 3 AM IST What We Offer.

The Profile Qualifications.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is required.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Basic tech-savviness; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
