Experience in logistics and transportation (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in International Business or a related field Bilingual.
English and Spanish Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple critical projects simultaneously Availability to travel Valid visa and passport Responsibilities.
Manage shipments from start to finish using logistics systems Proactively resolve pickup, delivery, or in-transit exceptions Audit freight invoices in compliance with client standards and contracts Maintain high accuracy standards in audits and reporting Collaborate with other logistics teams and train new members as needed Provide after-hours support as assigned What We Offer.
