In Market Area Europe and Latin America, Customer Unit LATAM North & Caribbean, we are looking for a Client Sales Lead to drive activities for a major multi-country Telecom operator.
We are seeking senior professionals in the Telecommunication and IT industry, to lead and orchestrate all the customer engagement activities jointly with the Key Account Manager and accounts teams to develop and grow Ericsson Digital Services business in specific customers in the region.
In this position, you will oversee business development, hunting engagements, and driving presales activities around the complete Ericsson Digital Services portfolio, including Cloud infrastructure, core and communications applications including 5G, OSS and BSS, Automation & Orchestration and al related services throughout solution lifecycle.
The role reports directly to the Head of Digital Services for Customer Unit Latin América North and Caribbean.
What you will do.
Be the overall responsible and accountable for Digital Services customer opportunity scouting, creation, and follow up Work in partnership with the Sales organization, identifying new opportunities and working with existing ones, as a leader with vision through in-depth technical discussions with customer Communicate and discuss Ericsson’s technology strategy and vision with customer CTO/CIO and other counterparts Focus on sales strategies, forecasting, and financial follow-up, ensuring Digital Services reach its sales targets.

Contribute to knowledge sharing, ensuring the customer vision & strategy is communicated to Ericsson’s interlocutors at Research, Development, and Business Units Work with Customer Solution and Solution Domain units to secure opportunity creation and evolution throughout the entire lifecycle Coach and lead to Digital Services presales staff, account and extended customer teams The skills you bring.
Degree in electronic/telecommunications engineering or equivalent An enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude, capable to thrive in challenging multicultural working environments.
Customer focus and effective presentation and communication skills, adapting your style of communication appropriately to the different audiences Strong technical understanding of key technologies such as Cloud, Virtualization, Telecom Core applications (Packet Core, 5G, IMS, etc.), 3GPP Mobile networks, IT Infrastructure, Public Cloud, OSS, BSS, Orchestration and automation, Assurance, etc.
Passion for innovation, technology and simplification Collaborative skills, team-player approach, able to work across geographies and cultures and mobilize internal and external players to fulfill customer and Ericsson stakeholder needs Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly create relationships Highly developed commercial and financial acumen (telecom business) Innovative approach to spot new opportunities Fluency in Spanish and English
