CITI AML PRODUCTION APPLICATION SERVICES ANALYST C11

El analista intermedio de ejecución es un puesto intermedio responsable de realizar revisiones de cumplimiento y riesgo junto con el equipo más amplio de Prevención del Lavado de Dinero (Anti-Money Laundering, AML).
El objetivo general es utilizar el profundo conocimiento sobre AML para la revisión, el análisis y la ejecución de debidas diligencias efectivas e investigaciones sobre casos de mayor riesgo que pueden significar un posible riesgo para Citi.
Responsabilidades.
Llevar a cabo investigaciones y estudios sobre clientes potencialmente sospechosos utilizando diversos sistemas y bases de datos internos y externos.
Llevar a cabo revisiones intersectoriales en diversas líneas de negocios de Citi.
Documentar e informar los hallazgos de las revisiones/investigaciones y elaborar archivos de caso con la documentación de respaldo requerida.
Resumir, por escrito, de manera clara y consisa los hallazgos de la investigación.
Aconsejar a la gerencia sénior sobre los próximos pasos y proporcionar recomendaciones sobre el próximo curso de acción (retención de relaciones, terminación de relaciones, informe de actividades sospechosas [Suspicious Activity Report, SAR]).
Gestionar riesgos al analizar la causa raíz de problemas el impacto en los negocios.
Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia Calificaciones.
Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia relevante.
Preferencia de conocimiento de reglamentaciones de AML.
Dominio de MS Office.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Licenciatura/título universitario o experiencia equivalente.

This position works in the Citi Info Anti-money Laundering (AML) Operations function.
The successful applicant is responsible for running Production Application Services embedded within the AML Regional Business and reports directly to the Regional AML Production Application Services Manager.
The position will manage the day to day Production Application Services process which includes change control, incident management and release management.
Specific responsabilities include.
Act as interface with internal customers, supported business sectors, as well as with the Technology organization in support of the relevant Production Application Services processes.
Manage the process for advising and escalating on any prolonged or major issues identified.
Stay informed on and communicate recommendations for new policies and procedures to maintain efficiencies in system management.
Manage the process to develop and maintain appropriate support procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLA) that are compliant with federal, state and corporate guidelines.
Maintain appropriate control methods for the business units to request changes.
Manage the other ancillary and administrative processes required.
Qualifications.
Experience in Application Support roles.
Banking / Finance / Business background.
Experience in use of analysis and monitoring applications.
Knowledge of procedures for disposition of cases in transaction monitoring and investigations currently provided by the CRIU.
Strong user of Microsoft Office suite of products.
(Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access).
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task & appropriately prioritize tasks.
Ability to read and understand database schemas (Oracle, HUE Big Data, Teradata, etc.).
Knowledge on Incident Management, Change Management and Production Delivery.
Logical minded person who can understand complex productive issues & think about them with precision.
Skills The successful candidate will experience an AML vision and ability to work with colleagues across the region.
The individual will work closely with the AML Business Management Team and gain an insight into business & process management strategies in a large international organization.
