Main Responsibilities Assure End to End service for Business Line Application Analyze Business Applications Behavior Assure Teams integration for End to End Service Every service should go from Help Desk, to Level2, Level3, using the ITIL Process smoothly.
Identify if any process or team has issues to assure a smoothly process Define and coordinate necessary action to fix any service break Assure Business Users experience satisfaction Provide visibility of End to End service performance Resolve stability and performance issues Assure the accuracy on application documentation CRM Function for Business Line IT-Ops Service Requirements Address operation and project requests to a successful delivery Manage Continuous Improvement Projects Position Challenges Understand the Ready Mix Operation and Applications Keep close to Ready Mix Project Teams to understand the evolution path and support the success of the project and support services Qualifications English and Spanish required.
IT Engineering Academic Background Experienced on IT Projects Development skills IT infrastructure background (Servers / Network) ServiceNow CMDB / Service Mapping knowledge desirable Soft Skills.
