In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely cash flow across multiple legal entities in the region, while also supporting internal controls, audits, and compliance with corporate policies.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING   Reconciliation Management.
Proactively manage reconciliations with a risk-based approach, ensuring aged items are addressed, timelines are met, and any issues are escalated promptly.
Treasury Support.
Collaborate with the corporate treasury team to manage bank platforms effectively.
FIS Tool Management.
Oversee the automatic posting process using FIS tools.
Accurate Accounting.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting processes across functions and business units.
Month-End Closing.
Lead the month-end closing process to ensure all financials are properly accounted for.
Account Reconciliations.
Perform account reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
Balance Verification.
Assist in maintaining correct ending balances among legal entities.
Audit Support.
Provide timely responses to internal and external audit inquiries.
Policy Compliance.
Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
Leadership & Communication.
Demonstrate strong leadership and effective communication skills.
Internal Control & SOX Compliance.
Support internal control processes, including SOX 404 compliance.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS Educational Background.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, Administration, or Finance.
Technical Skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.
Analytical Mindset.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Language Proficiency.
Advanced English skills.
Experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar finance role.
