CASH APPLICATION INTERN

As a Cash Application Intern, you will collaborate with skilled professionals in Accounts Receivable and Collections to ensure accurate payment application and streamline financial processes.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with payment allocations, financial reporting, and cross-functional problem-solving.
We are seeking organized and detail-oriented individuals with strong analytical skills to support our dynamic finance team.
What You’ll Do.
Allocate unapplied payments to the correct accounts.
Prepare and maintain Excel reports for all unapplied payments.
Work closely with the GoTo Accounts Receivable and Collections teams to ensure accurate payment application by requesting and analyzing remittance advices.
Address queries and provide solutions for the Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Billing teams.
