If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.業務内容Campaign Specialist (Platform / MuleSoft担当)は、ターゲット層のニーズを的確に捉え、高度なマーケティング戦略を用いてリードの獲得、顧客のエンゲージメント強化、売上の拡大を図ります。クリエイティブ且つ高いコミュニケーション力を有したプロフェッショナルなマーケティングロールです。マーケティング統括本部デマンドジェネレーションチームに所属し、会社のビジョン、売上や商談金額目標、製品に関するビジネスニーズや課題、最新トレンドから、社内のステークホルダー（営業、プロダクトマーケティング、デジタルマーケティング、カスタマーサクセス、アライアンス、システムエンジニアチーム等）と密にコミュニケーションを行い、ITペルソナ（CIO、CTO、CDO、IT/情報システム部門等）における包括的なマーケティング戦略・計画を立案し、キャンペーンマネージメント（予算、スケジュール、リソース、ステークホルダー・コミュニケーション、PDCA）を実行し、目標に貢献頂きます。主なミッションは、Platform / MuleSoftおよび関連製品のビジネス拡大（白地開拓、Pipeline Generation(New&Add-on)、商談促進支援）と成長、そして市場シェアの獲得となります。上記に加え、営業・インサイドセールス組織との連携におけるSalesforceサービスの活用向上、Thought Leadershipとしての市場認知を目的としたマーケティングアセットの開発、組織のガイドラインやプロセスに沿ったキャンペーンの企画・実施・運用・レポートを行います。必要なスキル・経験4~5年のSaaS・IT製品のフィールドマーケティング経験限られた時間内で包括的なマーケティング戦略の立案と計画を作成し、費用対効果の高い施策を実行する能力対象ペルソナにおけるビジネスニーズ、最新トレンドの理解および継続的な学習意欲各部門のステークホルダーと共通のゴールを目指し、連携する高いコミュニケーション力柔軟性が高く、スピーディに行動し、期待を超えるパフォーマンスの達成にチャレンジできる方起業家マインドがあり、新しい分野にチャレンジし、柔軟な発想をもって、ステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、リーダーシップを発揮できる方自発的に新しいことを学ぶことができるSelf Starterで、クラウドサービス、テクノロジーに興味がある方歓迎するスキル・経験Salesforceの使用経験Salesforceを使用した営業・販売経験Platform / MuleSoftの関連知識デジタルマーケティングやマーケティングに関する知識各種マーケティングマテリアルの制作経験チームプレイヤーAccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.
