About the BytaNation Program.
The BytaNation Program aims to build a nationwide network of skilled freelance field technician engineers for efficient managed services.
We will provide onboarding and training to qualified technicians.
esponsibilities.
Onsite IT Support.
espond promptly to onsite service requests within a 2-hour radius.
onduct installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting of networking equipment.
ardware Maintenance.
nstall, configure, and maintain computer hardware components.
erform comprehensive hardware diagnostics to identify and resolve issues.
etworking.
et up and configure networking infrastructure for optimal performance and security.
roubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement effective solutions.
erver Management.
nstall, configure, and maintain servers to meet client specifications.
onduct routine server maintenance and updates.
ocumentation.
aintain accurate documentation of onsite activities, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
rovide detailed reports to the IT team regarding service calls and resolutions.
ustomer Communication.
ommunicate effectively with clients to understand IT requirements and provide clear explanations of technical issues and solutions.
nsure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
ollaboration.
ollaborate with IT professionals and teams to address complex issues and implement robust solutions.
articipate actively in team meetings, contributing valuable insights to enhance overall IT support processes.
Qualifications.
Education and Certifications.
egree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
elevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA advantageous.
xperience.
roven experience in onsite IT support, including networking equipment, hardware installations, and server management.
amiliarity with various operating systems and software applications.
