Marsh McLennan LAC has an exciting opportunity, for the role of BYA Integration Specialist.
This role will be based in Mexico City.
What can you expect.
We are seeking an integration specialist to support technical and process integrations with the Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) Benefits You Application (BYA).
The successful integration specialist has expertise in working with internal and external stakeholders from various technical and operational teams to join up different technologies through web or mobile with BYA at a local or global level.
This specialist will be accountable for consulting and specifying interfaces between BYA and third party systems or other Marsh McLennan (MM) technologies that allow clients to maximize ROI on their employee value propositions.
They will consult with local market teams to determine their requirements and write suitable specifications for delivery either by themselves or by the digital or configuration teams.
They will act as a centre of excellence for bespoke reporting requirements arising from implementations and will be responsible for the specification of existing standard reports and interfaces to benefit providers and for developing templates and documentation.

The individual will have experience with technical teams, service models, operations, and be able to partner with cross-functional teams, including in Operations & Technology, to deliver sustainable and scalable third party integrations.
Conduct initial assessment of third party technology specifications for compatibility with BYA and other MM technology, including third party service arrangements Support determination of appropriate level for initial integration based on business benefit and product development, in partnership with market and global proposition teams Ensure technical and operational integrations are executed in a timely and quality manner Develop criteria and process for integration maturity for third party integrations Ensure appropriate risk assessments are conducted and other suitable risk mitigations are in place by integration.
Help to standardise integration types including expected process, timing, costs, and involved parties.
Develop data analytics and insights reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Work collaboratively within the global and local O&T teams to ensure alignment and best practices are leveraged across MMB countries and products.
What you need to have.
3+ years in integration management, operations and technology, systems configuration, or data management Demonstrated ability to partner with Information Technology, Digital, and Operations teams internally and externally to deliver projects and improve process Ability to translate integration solution requests into product features, usability and UX design A good understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to employ these concepts in process design, system implementation and the development of project deliverables.
Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities with end-user experience Experience with apigee, Saml2, SFTP, okta, and Pendo Passionate about possibilities (and challenges) of an increasingly digital enabled world Bachelor’s degree What makes you stand out.
