Business Analyst with 11 to 14 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in ServiceNow Knowledge Management and domain expertise in the Education sector.
This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our educational initiatives.
Responsibilities Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for educational projects.
Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow Knowledge Management solutions to enhance educational processes.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow Knowledge Management within the education domain.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing educational systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Ensure that all solutions are aligned with the organizations strategic goals and objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow Knowledge Management and education technology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications Possess a minimum of 11 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on the education sector.
Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow Knowledge Management with a proven track record of successful implementations.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Showcase excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
Display a deep understanding of educational processes and systems.
Have experience working in a hybrid work model with the ability to collaborate effectively both in-person and remotely.
Show proficiency in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Have a keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
Show proficiency in using various business analysis tools and software.
Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
