Responsibilities - Identify and expand target customers accounts - Could outreach and prospecting - Manage leads through the lead flow cycle - Follow up on marketing leads and qualify potential opportunities - Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new initiatives, or solutions - Reseach and discover methos to increase customer engagement - Ensure sales, financial and legal policies and procedures are met - Liaise with Marketing and Product Development department to ensure brand and consistency and increase sales Qualifications - BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field - 3+ years of experience as an Inside sales Lead - Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel - In depth understanding of the sales administration process - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Numerical abilities and problem solving attitude Why Cognizant?
