Our sales team is a high-performance, experienced group specializing in (B2B) sales and account management, catering to the specific needs of each region and scenario.
bout The RoleThe BDM generates revenue by directly selling solutions to customers (B2B), employing a hunter approach for both acquiring new customers and developing existing ones.
esponsibilitiesBuilding and nurturing relationships with both existing and new customers to achieve and exceed sales revenue targets.
stablish and maintain client base/relationships.
onducting appropriate consultative selling processes including product demonstrations, presentations and tender responses to both existing and new customers in order to achieve and exceed established sales revenue and other performance targets.
wn the value proposition positioning statement and use cases for the assigned portfolio and territory in order for the customer to recognize value and to differentiate over alternatives.
ffectively working alongside other stakeholder departments to ensure an integrated approach to customer care and to ensure market needs are being met and value is recognized.
nsuring the customer experience in terms of quantity and quality of contact is in line with agreed targets and creates competitive separation.

equirementsHave a successful sales/account management track record in Fraud Prevention or Financial Crime, Compliance and/or Cybersecurity solutions within a B2B environment.
ave expertise in building and maintaining client relationships, particularly with financial institutions (banks and Fintechs).
roven record of success experience at Mexico and/or Latam.
illingness to travel (%) based on location.
luent in Spanish and English.
