BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Overview.
Teknorix, a leader in IT solutions and product engineering services, is seeking a proactive and results-orientedBusiness Development Managerto drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding into new markets, and forming strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the IT sector and a proven track record of building and nurturing long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities.
Business Strategy Development.
evelop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aimed at growing revenue and market share.
dentify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and products.
ollaborate with senior leadership to align business development initiatives with company goals and market trends.
arket Research & Analysis.
onduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs in order to inform strategy.
tay up-to-date on industry trends and technology advancements that can influence Teknorix’s growth opportunities.
lient Acquisition.
dentify and approach potential clients, fostering long-term business relationships with key decision-makers at enterprises, startups, and SMBs.
ork closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure that outreach is targeted, efficient, and in line with the company’s value proposition.
elationship Management.
uild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
erve as a point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions that leverage Teknorix’s wide range of IT solutions and product engineering services.
roposal & Contract Negotiation.
ead the preparation of proposals, pitches, and presentations for prospective clients.
egotiate terms of contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and managing complex deal cycles through to close.
ross-Department Collaboration.
ollaborate with Teknorix’s product development, sales, and marketing teams to refine service offerings and ensure alignment between business development efforts and client needs.
rovide feedback from the market to help guide product development and service offerings.
ales Support & Reporting.
ork closely with the sales team to develop winning sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
rack and report on key metrics including sales pipeline growth, deal closure rates, and client engagement.
repare regular reports on business development activities, forecasting sales, and growth projections for senior management.
Qualifications.
Experience.
5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally in the IT, SaaS, or technology services industry.
roven Track Record.
Demonstrated success in generating new business, growing revenue, and managing client relationships.
ndustry Knowledge.
Strong understanding of IT solutions, custom software development, SaaS platforms, and product engineering services.
Knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
ales Acumen.
Skilled in proposal creation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and experience working with enterprise clients is highly desirable.
ommunication & Presentation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate Teknorix’s value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences.
ollaboration & Teamwork.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to deliver results.
RM & Tools.
Experience using CRM tools (e.
., Salesforce, HubSpot) and business development software to manage pipelines and track results.
ducation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
An MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required.
