AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.
AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Key job responsibilities • Partnering with Account Management teams to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenue growth from Media & Entertainment workloads • Working with customers and AWS partners to identify and lead proof of concept engagements and develop new and innovative solutions • Partnering with AWS Solutions Architecture resources in design, Proof of Concept (POC), pricing, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and delivery activities • Collaborating with AWS professional Services to implement solutions and packaged offerings • Conducting executive workshops with industry leaders • Participating in and representing AWS in key Media & Entertainment industry associations and events A day in the life Work with account managers, solutions architects, professional services and partners to identify and develop new opportunities to deploy Media & Entertainment workloads with our customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 7 + years of developing, negotiating and executing complex technology agreements within the media vertical - 7+ years developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Expertise in leading sales plays across media and extertainment
