The talented BD we seek will lead the development and execution of our SMB Small and Medium Business project sales strategy. The candidate must be professional, focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and show the ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition Relationship Management
Identify and attract new clients, including competitor clients, to expand the business portfolio.
Drive revenue growth by nurturing existing client relationships and ensuring their needs are consistently met.
Maintain a structured followup process for client development, tracking engagement and satisfaction.
2. Sales Strategy Market Analysis
Develop and execute monthly client visit plans, focusing on potential and existing clients within the SMB sector.
Conduct FODA SWOT analysis to align solutions with client requirements, providing tailored product and service offerings.
Analyze industry trends to strategically position products and solutions, adapting approaches as needed.
3. Technical Expertise Product Solutioning
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate security solutions, ensuring products align with their operational requirements.
Support clients postsales, providing training and addressing technical inquiries to maintain high service standards.
Collaborate with CRM systems to manage client data and improve service delivery through actionable insights.
4. Brand Positioning Market Expansion
Increase market presence by engaging with different types of integrators and adapting to evolving market demands.
Represent the brand at key events, ensuring visibility and strong relationships within the security technology market.
Actively promote crossdivision products to drive growth across multiple business units.
Requirements
Education Bachelors degree in marketing, engineering, commercial relations or other related fields.
3 years of experience in business development in the Electronic Security industry.
Solid market knowledge CCTV, Alarms, Intrusion Systems, Access Controls.
Knowledge and experience in the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Experience in selling projects to end users, and integrators.
Intermediate English.
