What does the role involve? As Business Developer, you’ll be expected to meet and exceed our business targets and maximize profitable growth for the segment.
This means not only to facilitate sales growth of Hilti solutions to a defined portfolio of Accounts within sectors of expertise and through promoting additional services and value engineered solutions, but it also means partnering with our customers to understand their needs.
In this partnership you will be asked to develop a sustainable business by increasing loyalty and engagement.
It also involves working with other management teams to capitalize on business potential across territories and taking an active role in handling key accounts.
Your main tasks will be.
General Contractors development.
mapping of current projects and main opportunities to be exploited, organization of periodical meetings between single, local and headquarter Sales team to increase alignment & coordination of actions Discover new applications in rail business and coordinate the activities with Marketing in order to enlarge our business based on the potential of current and future key applications Mapping of awarding of tenders and activate the team responsible of the projects Coordination of local sales activities on development of local RFI branches Contribute in pipeline management of future projects Coordination of relevant sales/engineering/logistics counterparts for infrastructure opportunities, identification of global value of the investment.

University Degree preferred in Engineering.
Proven Sales experience of 3+ years in related industries with the ability to build long term relationships and bring new clients Fluent in Italian and English Results oriented, excellent team member and data driven Willingness to travel more than 50% in Italy Why should you apply?
