Business Administration Team Supervisor Description - Job Summary.
This role is responsible for guiding departmental teams, engaging in cross-departmental initiatives, and being a point of escalation for subordinate employees and supervisors.
The role ensures project prioritization, goal achievement, and skill development through coaching.
The role manages daily operations, and offers services across standard, specialized, or complex systems, ensuring operational excellence.
The role also elevates customer service standards, identifies improvement opportunities, and implements changes for streamlined processes.
Responsibilities.
Directs and guides departmental teams, participates in cross-departmental initiatives Analyzes KPIs and elevated cases in collaboration with the team, ensuring staff performance, quality, productivity, and attendance standards are consistently met.
Manages the daily operations of teams engaged in offering remote (offsite) service, customer access, pre-sales, post-sales, or service delivery, aimed at resolving diverse business systems and applications challenges for customers.
Offers services across standard, specialized, or complex systems, with a role that is predominantly tactical in nature.
Ensures the attainment of operational excellence by closely monitoring vital metrics and ensuring the achievement of team goals and contractual commitments.
Ensures the achievement of department goals and actively contributes by making recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilizes advanced analytics skillfully to develop, assess, and present key performance metrics for actionable insights.
Coordinates departmental workflow between fellow supervisors and upper management, working effectively within a team-based environment to achieve organizational and departmental goal Elevates customer service standards by consistently offering thought leadership and innovative approaches.
Supervises departmental work, identifies improvement opportunities, and ensures effective business controls for streamlined processes.
Leads and assigns responsibilities for complex requests and implements changes for process improvement.
Education & Experience Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in any area, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 4-7 years of job-related experience or 2-4 years of management experience, preferably in customer support, project or team management, or a related field.
