BUILDING TRADES SUPERVISORPROJECT COORDINATOR

The Buildings Trades SupervisorProject Coordinator directly supervises a team of 12 employees responsible for the preparation, maintenance and repair, and improvement of facilities on the Embassy compound and outbuildings. The staff consists of General Maintenance Workers, Carpenters, Trades Helpers, and Escorts. The position is responsible for actively planning the work of these tradespeople and coordinating with the projects team and maintenance supervisors in the planning, development, and execution of inhouse improvement and maintenance projects. The incumbent reports directly to the Building Engineer and is a critical member of the team.
