Responsabilities
Support a designated project with sourcing, screening candidates.
Responsible for passive candidate nurturing, applicant initial interview.
Maintains positive relationships by meeting and exceeding the expectations of clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate records including timely data entry ATS of recruiting and order fulfillment activity.
Respond to candidate questions, suggestions, and grievances.
