Join Our Team as a Bilingual Customer Service Agent
Are you a bilingual professional looking to make an impact Join ResultsCX in Monterrey and be part of a team dedicated to enhancing patient satisfaction through exceptional customer service. Were looking for motivated individuals who are ready to work onsite at our Monterrey location, providing support with empathy and professionalism.
What Youll Do
Assist patients with scheduling, answering questions, and resolving concerns to ensure smooth communication.
Provide support with empathy and professionalism to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
Complete 7 weeks of paid training Monday through Friday to equip you with the skills you need to succeed.
Work on a FullTime scheme. The schedule will be provided while in Operations, and you will have Sundays off.
Work onsite at our Monterrey office Edificio Los Soles, Av Lázaro Cárdenas 2404, Zona Loma Larga Oriente, San Pedro Garza García, N.L.
