Key Responsibilities
Client Communication Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
FollowUp Diligently follow up on calls, emails, and chats to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries.
Administrative Support Perform backoffice tasks, including data entry, documentation, and coordination with other departments.
Multichannel Support Provide toptier service across various platforms, including phone, email, and chat.

Bilingual Proficiency EnglishSpanish Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, is essential as you will be interacting primarily with Englishspeaking clients.
