The Program Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility.
Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s).
Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services.
May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise.
Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.
Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets.
Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.

upports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
nsures change control is executed throughout program.
nsures appropriate program staffing levels.
nsures creation of program plan and charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log.
nsures resources are assigned to program & monitor commitment.
nsure change control is executed throughout program.
dentifies, documents, and understands program dependencies.
dentifies key stakeholders who participate in program scope definition.
racks actual program costs, identify variances, and reforecast program costs as needed.
easures program management performance against standards.
nsures appropriate program staffing levels.
stablishes program communication needs and create program communication plan.
reates the program risk management plan.
orks with procurement team to create, administer, track, and eventually close program contracts.
akes recommendations for training and development needs for assigned personnel.
oaches and evaluates team's performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, etc.

ualifications.
-8 years of experienceQualification in program management or equivalent (PgMP/PMP/PRINCE2)Demonstrated having worked as a Program or Project Manager and/or Lead medium to large cross-functional projects with commensurate people management experienceEducation.
achelor’s/University degree or equivalent experienceAlso responsible for Mexico Fleet Program operations and administration Lead.
The role will lead daily operational functions in line with established protocols and controls.
The role will work closely and reporting to the Regional Vehicle Program Manager as a country Vehicle Program coordinator.
The role will work collaboratively with ground transportation program manager (rental, rail, taxi, shuttle, black car).
