YOUR ROLE Strategic solution builder to provide end-2-end solution to clientus automation requirements.
Able to lead and drive the automation solutions for client, with good experience in cloud migration projects.
Advise and build automation scripts (unit, integration, end-to-end, UI) ensuring code coverage and quality.
Good experience in latest automation tools and framework.
Create, execute, improve, and maintain automation test scripts through standard methodologies, closely monitor test results for swift feedback, and participate in peer code reviews.
Advocate and evangelize good testing practices, like pair programming, code reviews, Test Driven Development (TDD), Exploratory Testing, Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD) Identify, evaluate, report and document defects, questionable functions and inconsistencies in product content and outlook during the design and implementation phase.
Lead and conduct Exploratory Testing sessions with the team.
Establish and maintain comprehensive and well-structured test cases to organize component test scenarios, for documentation and knowledge sharing purposes Troubleshoot production issues as needed.
Experience in driving team and managing workloads, allocation, utilization and capacity estimations.
Experience of bringing thought leadership, strategy and innovation.
YOUR PROFILE At least 8 years of experience as a tester or similar roles.
University degree in Computer Related Sciences or similar Working experience as Automation Tester.
Experience in Project Management (planning and execution of activities), understand key processes and deliver results on time.
Provide Client Relationship Management (Understand client and their needs, build relationships with Stakeholders) Team and Resource Management (to maximize output) Complete reports with the required level of detail and Quality.
Advanced English Communication skills (both written and spoken) Experienced in Scrum Framework.
Please note that this is a Hybrid position, youull be required to work some days per week at our offices in CDMX or GDL.
