Core Responsibilities.
Provide advice and solutions to complex IT incidents and problems.
Effectively engages with Digital Technology product teams to implement the required processes, technology, and solutions on the site.
Proactively ensures IT Policies and Principles are being followed on the site.
Actively improves, utilizes, trains, and promotes new technologies implemented in the organization.
Install and configure hardware, computer systems, and applications within the company.
Engages with vendors as it relates to the IT area.
Do you have what it takes? At least 3 years of experience in the Information Technology field providing technical support to manufacturing environment (Must) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
Ability to properly communicate in English, both written and spoken.
General knowledge of ITSM and IT infrastructure concepts.
Expertise on one or more specific IT technical areas such as Active Directory, Microsoft Server environment, Networking, ITIL, or automation.
Data analytics and presentation documents skills.
An outstanding service-oriented mindset.
Open communication and international collaboration.
Nice to have General understanding of PLCs Note.
This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL.
This is not a remote position.
