he Associate Product Manager is a passionate learner and self-starter who is aspiring to be a Product Manager.
They are creative problem-solvers who show foundational skills with the ability to assess customer problems, business needs, opportunities and offer solutions to support the PM team.
They need the energy to thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment and understand that this role is a learning role, just as it's a ‘doing’ role.
A person in this job is expected to grow quickly, build skills to further their impact and drive end-to-end product management with the support and mentorship of more senior Product Managers and Leaders.
bout the Role  In this opportunity as a Associate Product Manager, you will.
Develop strong product intuition by interpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs and opportunities and offering potential solutions with a moderate level of guidance and direction.
uild world class capabilities and products by contributing and helping maintain the product roadmap and partnering closely with dev team and UX to execute the roadmap and deliver efficiently.
This includes serving as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress.
emonstrate leadership by taking extreme ownership for a feature\/product, its performance and reliability, and delighting our clients with a positive experience.
You will show that you can learn from your experiences, recover from setbacks, and effectively evangelize the product vision to colleagues.
bout YouYou’re a fit for the role if your background includes.
achelor’s degree in business or computer science preferred or equivalent experience.
luent English is a must.
roduct management internship and\/or early career experience in roles such as a Product Owner or Business Analyst (BA)Enterprise software exposure\/experience with ERP’s, Workflow, Tax, Trade or Supply Chain, Finance, Real Estate, or other B2B domains.
echnical product management background including platforms, API governance and management, workflow and collaboration, and databases.
revious experience working closely customers in order to solve their problems and needs.
trong sense of urgency and a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver solutions against strict timelines, unafraid of failureSuccessful Associate Product Manager (APM) candidates will exhibit and show the aspiration to further develop the following skills.
