ASSOCIATE MANAGER, SALES ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (KEY ACCOUNT)

This role will manage above 60% of SCJ Taiwan sales, responsible for developing / implementing the strategy and plans to grow the key accounts and e-commerce business and lead Key Account (KA) and Ecommerce (EC) team with strong leadership in Taiwan.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Develop the strategies and plans to grow overall direct accounts and Ecommerce (EC) growth target.
Develop and implement annual JBP plans for all direct accounts and EC.
Build up KPI's management process and deliver KPIs which include business growth, Spending control, AR collection, Market share gain, fast distribution, well executing DMPP plans in all direct accounts and EC.
Manage EC business partners, drive, plan and negotiate to aim at achieving company target and improve efficiency.
Identify and prioritize business development opportunities and execute with good ROI (R eturn on Investment).
Continually improve account NS and P&L (Profit & Lose).
Profitably develop the business by balancing company and customer requests and demands.
Resolve conflict with win-win solutions.
Drive cross functional cooperation with customers and setup/develop sustainable growth model.
Developing an effective cross layer relationship both internal and external.
Coach and develop team and field sales to build a strong customer team from HQ to store.
Accountable for negotiation of annual contracts with business partners within guidelines.
Conduct annual/quarterly and monthly business reviews and business planning sessions with customers.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING.
Bachelor or Master degree in business majors Experienced in handling total direct accounts with good tracked records Experience in EC a plus Sales Operations or Trade Marketing experience is an advantage Strong leadership to lead team to deliver the growth plans Excellent English and Chinese communication skills, in both oral and written Strong numerical sense, attention to details PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS.
Displays the company's success factors on leading self, leading business and leading others Excellent negotiation skills Mature personality, outstanding interpersonal skills Excellent analytical ability; Skilful in MS office software, especially excel and power point Result driven, multi-task under pressure Strong learning ability & ownership Automobile license is preferred JOB REQUIREMENTS.
