You will help our customers achieve their business goals by understanding their needs and delivering value-added solutions.

bout the Role.
In this opportunity as an Associate Customer Success Executive​, you will.
rive retention and renewal of all assigned accounts.
Ensure proactive account management, including timely delivery of contractual obligations.
nderstand customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
rovide expertise and support to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
dentify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, driving revenue growth and customer expansion.
ollaborate closely with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure alignment and effective communication.
ead projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
ollect feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement efforts.
onitor and report on KPIs related to customer success, including churn rate, net promoter score (NPS), and customer satisfaction.
bout You You’re a fit for the role if your background includes.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
+ years of experience in customer success management, sales, or account management.
xperience in booked of business is a must.
xperience working with the US market is preferred.
trong problem-solving and analytical skills.
xperience interacting with C-level corporate executivesAccount territory management and contract renewal negotiation experience is a must.
roficient in MS Office\/Excel\/Internet\/Salesforce.
om\/Gainsight preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
bility to build strong relationships and establish trust with customers.
roven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and meeting deadlines.
